- Layer 1: Session metadata injection (time, working dir, context files)
- Layer 2: Memory tools (search_memory, store_fact)
- Layer 3: Auto-inject relevant memory chunks into TaskExecutor
- Layer 4: User facts system with embeddings
- Layer 5: Mission summaries generated on completion

New tables: user_facts, mission_summaries (see docs/MEMORY_TABLES.sql)
