- Add constants.rs for event names, gRPC settings, audio/crypto constants - Add helpers.rs with now_timestamp(), new_id(), format_duration(), etc. - Add constants.ts for frontend event names and type-safe constants - Update all files to use centralized constants instead of hardcoded values - Add comprehensive tests for helpers and constants - Remove duplicate timestamp/UUID generation patterns
